Art for Living
Vivid by Necessity
“I invented these colors to escape the grey of 90s Ukraine. Today, I don't want them locked in quiet galleries. They belong with your morning coffee, in the messy, beautiful moments of your daily life”
Maryna Riepnova
The Disciplines
Made by hand. No machines.

Oil & Acrylics
Color & Depth
These are smaller and more intimate than my gallery pieces. I use the same premium pigments but with a faster, more experimental energy.

Watercolors
Light & Fluidity
This is where I test the limits of color. These are raw, spontaneous studies on paper and board. They capture a moment in the studio before it fades.

Ceramics
Form & Texture
I turn raw earth into something you can hold. These are functional pieces of the Mediterranean, handmade in my studio and intended for your daily life.
My Studio Practice
My name is Maryna Riepnova. I am an artist living and working in Málaga. I started Repka Arts to share the spontaneous joy of my studio practice.
The name 'Repka' is a play on my last name, but in Ukrainian it also means 'turnip.' It is a nod to my roots. Simple, grounded, and growing naturally.

The Hand of the Artist
I often get asked about my materials and how I capture the Mediterranean light. I share my entire process inside my private studio academy.
