That windy, wonderful day at Zocomarket in Muelle Uno

Maryna Riepnova from Repka Arts at Muelle Uno in Málaga at Zocomarket.

I’m thinking back to a really special day in September, and I just have to share it with you. I had a stand at Zocomarket, and it was such a wonderful experience!

The perfect Málaga scene

You have to picture it. The market was at Muelle Uno, right by the docks.

It was one of those perfect sunny Málaga days, but oh, it was so windy! My art prints and ceramics were almost flying away (I think I spent half the day holding things down!), but honestly, it just added to the fun and the energy of the day.

There's just something magical about being right there by the sea. You have the big boats, the sound of the water, people strolling by from the restaurants... it’s the Costa del Sol vibe in a nutshell.

My little stand of Costa del Sol art

I brought all my pieces that are inspired by this beautiful place. I had my handmade ceramics, original paintings, and lots of art prints, all full of the sea and the mountains that I love.

It was so nice to have my work right there by the water that inspired it!

The best part: The people

As always, my favorite part was the people.

The vibe was just so cool and relaxed. I had so many lovely chats with people who stopped by the stand. Everyone was so curious and kind, and I loved sharing the stories behind my art.

Days like that, connecting with you all, are why I do what I do.

See you at the next one?

Even though it was a "little while ago," that afternoon at Zocomarket still makes me feel so happy and grateful to be an artist here in Málaga.

A huge thank you to everyone who came by and said hello!

If you missed this one, I’m always popping up at local markets. The easiest way to find out where I'll be next is to follow my art adventures on @repka_arts or check the Repka Arts events page.

Hope to see you soon!

Ciao!
