Wow, what an amazing Saturday! I’m still feeling all the good energy from the Ahó Cultura fair.
I had the best time setting up my little booth, meeting so many wonderful people, and just soaking in the creative vibes. Events like this are my favorite part of the Málaga art scene. It’s so full of life!

My little corner of joy
Here’s a peek at my booth! I was so excited to bring my art "out to play."
I brought some of my newest colorful paintings inspired by the sea and mountains of the Costa del Sol, and of course, my handmade ceramic pieces.
It makes me so happy to see people stop and look, pick up a vase, or get lost in a painting for a moment. That’s why I do this! I especially loved chatting with everyone who stopped by.
The best part: The people!
But honestly, my favorite part wasn't just showing my art. It was the people!
It was so lovely to chat with the other local artists and makers. There is so much talent here! And to everyone who came by to say hello, ask about my work (all a bit about my journey from Ukraine!), or share their own stories, thank you!
That connection is what it’s all about. It's just like my "Paint and Sip" classes... it’s about sharing a moment of joy and creativity.
Why you have to visit a local art fair in Málaga
If you've never been to a local art fair in Málaga, you are in for such a treat.
It’s so different from a big gallery. You get to find really unique, one-of-a-kind things, and you can actually talk to the person who made them! It's the best way to find something that is truly special, made with love right here in Andalusia.
Plus, you get to support all the local creators who make our city so colourful and vibrant.

See you at the next one?
I left the fair feeling so inspired and just... happy.
A huge thank you to the Ahó Cultura team (you can find them on Instagram at @ahoculturamalaga) for having us and to every single person who stopped by!
If you missed this one, don't worry. I’m always popping up at local markets or hosting my 'Paint and Sip' events.
The best way to find out where I'll be next is to follow my art adventures on @repka_arts or check the Repka Arts events page.
Hope to see you soon!
Ciao!
